Where has the time gone? I am a mother to a one year old. I remember giving birth to you and holding you close to my chest whispering in your ear, telling you how much I love you and how I am so happy to finally have you here.
Preparing for your birthday was a joyful moment but also a bittersweet one. I've seen your first smile, watch you attempt to crawl and walk, laughed at your facial expressions because you didn't like your first solid food, which was sweet potatoes. Now you can smile on demand, run instead of walk & will eat everything in sight. WOW! How time flies.
